Joe joined the team in late 2022, bringing broad knowledge and passion for sports. In high school, Joe participated in five sports including soccer, basketball, lacrosse, wrestling, and track and field. In college, he went on to play Division III soccer at Washington College, where he helped lead his team to their first conference championship. That clinched a berth at the NCAA Tournament, where the team reached the Sweet 16 and eventually lost to the #1 team in the tournament.

At Washington College Joe received a degree in Business Management and Economics with a focus on data analytics and information systems.

While in school, Joe worked at Chester River Yacht and Country Club where he gained knowledge about the golf industry and community.

At SMS USA, Joe is responsible for a range of projects.

In his free time, Joe enjoys watching the Premier League, fly fishing, hiking, and playing pickup soccer and basketball.
